Hello brawlers! My name is Rickard ‘Gedan’ Frisegård, CEO at Stunlock Studios – better known for being the winner of the first “unofficial” Battlerite skirmish, a proud father of two, and with an extended family of 45 colleagues. Liz asked me if I wanted to write today’s Dev Blog, our last Dev Blog before Free to Play, and I agreed. Salut tout le monde, c’est Liz pour un passage rapide.

Tout le monde est très occupé avec les changements à venir et les nouveaux joueurs que nous pourrons accueillir.

La fin de l’Accès Anticipé va apporter des changements, et l’un de ceux dont nous avons parlé en interne est le futur du Dev Blog. Tel que ça se présente, nous continuerons après le lancement avec une forme de Dev Blog différente, les détails exacts étant toujours en cours d’élaboration. Mais nous savons que sous cette forme, les articles ne seront plus hebdomadaires mais mensuels ou bimensuels, sans calendrier précis.

Ceci étant dit, Ilves a des informations concernant les changements qui affecteront Battlerite à partir du 8 novembre – mises à jour de DLC, nouveaux packs, changements de prix et des détails à propos de quelques nouveaux objets cosmétiques scintillants.

Hello all!

I’m afraid I have the not-so-exciting news of letting you know that we do not have a prepared dev blog today. Last week, everyone in the team was hands on deck bug fixing and testing that we never got chance to prepare a proper dev blog as usual. You have our sincerest apologies!

As regards to when the patch will go live, our goal right now is to get this to you tomorrow (Tuesday 24th October). The only reason this would change is if unexpected bugs were to occur from us fixing other bugs (such is the way of game development /sweatdrop). In that case we may have to delay another day or two, but we will keep in touch with how things are going.

Modes de jeux

Aujourd’hui je vais parler des modes de jeux et ce que nous souhaitons faire avec les changements à venir sur Battlerite.

Jusqu’à maintenant, Battlerite se concentrait sur l’Arène – 2c2 et 3c3, classé et non classé. Nous avons essayé les Bagarres cette année, certaines plus funs que d’autres, pour expérimenter avec des nouvelles mécaniques. Read more »
