The crypts at Stunlock Studios have been as busy as ever, our plans unfolding within the dusty depths to our sinister excitement. You have been quite patient with us, and perhaps we should reward that patience with a nugget of knowledge to fill the dark months with hope for the coming year.
Well, if it isn’t the Vampire hordes joining us for yet another Dev Update.
As once more, the infinite darkness of Swedish winter descends on the catacombs of Stunlock Studios, and the skies grow perfectly black, the beat of our bat wings is here to remind you that we are still flying overhead. As we start this dev update and head into the season, let’s enjoy the festive spirit of the night. We’ll reflect on the past year and look forward to the promising one to come.

The dark and twisted imaginations of our artistic Vampires have seen an overwhelming wave of creativity, totaling well over ONE HUNDRED entries! The overall quality of your contributions warmed our undead hearts, and seeing your enthusiasm for terrifying monstrosities reminded us of the common kinship that really makes this community special. We are truly lucky to have you.

As the flowers wilt and the leaves fall dead upon the ground all around us, the delightful scent of rot that heralds the dark months ahead brings with it as well… news from the crypts. Here at Stunlock Studios, we’ve been busy piecing together the puzzle work that will be our next major patch, and today, we thought it might be an excellent opportunity to take a little piece from every corner of the studio and show how they contribute to the greater whole.

As you may be aware, it’s been a busy time for us in the dark crypts at Stunlock Studios! Unfortunately, here in Sweden, the sun never sets this time of year. After many sacrifices, hideous experiments, and glorious blood rituals, the mad warlocks from the crypts of Stunlock Studios are proud to bring you our first major content update: Secrets of Gloomrot.
With the launch of Update #1: Secrets of Gloomrot, we would like to inform you about some known issues that will unfortunately not be resolved by the time the update goes live. Despite having addressed hundreds of issues and bugs, there are a few that still remain.

What a delicious time to be un-alive. The streets are filled with decay, death, and hapless humans prancing about, more oblivious than ever.
